A beautiful crisp cotton shirt is a staple in any wardrobe, the process to construct a shirt is detailed and fascinating. Over this 5 week course you will fit and create you own bespoke shirt while learning a wide range of fitting and construction techniques. With expert guidance on sizing, fitting, construction and finishing you'll feel supported every step of the way,
 
Sessions run from 10.30am to 1pm. Our classes are limited to six participants so every one has access to the space and support they need. 
 
You will need to bring: 
For Rosa shirt, Lyra blouse or Simplcity 1538 - 2m (150cm width) or 2.5m (115cm width) Cotton fabric 
For Simplcity 1544 - 2.5m (150cm width) or 3m (115cm width) Cotton fabric 
For Lyra shirt dress or Rosa shirt dress - 3m (150cm width) or 4m (115cm width) Cotton fabric
(the Lyra shirt dress works up best in light cottons or cotton viscose mixes)

What's included:
The class includes your shirt pattern (choose from Tilly and the buttons Rosa, Tilly and the buttons Lyra shirt dress or Simplicity 1538 womens shirt, 1544 mens shirt), expert tuition, use of Janome sewing machines, sewing tools and equipment are also provided for your use.
