Join us and make the brand new Manon Jacket from Tilly & The buttons, in perfect time for the change in season. Over 5 weeks, you will create your very own Manon from the Tilly & The Buttons pattern range. With expert guidance on sizing, fitting, construction and finishing you'll feel supported every step of the way. 

The pattern allows a choice of internal finishes, you can fully line, finish internal edges with binding, or simply overlock, The pattern also offers a fantastic size range.

The Manoa works beautifully in a range of mid and heavier weight fabrics, such as Cotton Twill, Needle Cord, Denim, Wool, Wool Mixes, etc

The Manon uses around 4m of fabric depending on size and option. Exact fabric requirements for various sizes and styles can bee seen above. We are more than happy to offer advice on your fabric choice. 

Sessions run from 1pm-3pm. Our classes are limited to six participants so every one has access to the space and support they need. New dates will be released regularly so these classes can be booked on an ongoing basis if you wish to continue working on your projects.

You will need to bring:

Your own choice of material and notions.

(4.1m of 140cm wide fabric, 5.3m of 115cm wide fabric will make the jacket in the largest size, with the storm flap option, please see table above for exact fabric requirements, we are more than happy to advise on fabric amounts)

What's included:

The class includes expert tuition, full Manon pattern, use of Janome sewing machines, sewing tools and equipment are also provided for your use. Tea, coffee and biscuits
