If you would love to sew your own clothes but are not sure where to start, then this class will hit the spot! You'll be introduced to setting up and using a sewing machine and we include a choice of simple dress making patterns  from the Tilly and the Buttons range to start in your very first session. As you progress through the course we will then offer help and advice in making your own choice of simple projects to help you practice your newfound skills. With expert guidance on construction and finishing, you'll feel supported every step of the way,
 
Daytime sessions run from 10am-12pm. Evening sessions run from 6-8pm. Our classes are limited to six participants, so everyone has access to the space and support they need.
 
You will need to bring:
For your first session, you will need 2.5m of cotton fabric. For subsequent sessions, you can work at your own speed, and there will be a choice of simple projects. We can advise on what you will need for each.

The class includes expert tuition, free Tilly and the Buttons sewing pattern, use of Janome sewing machines, sewing tools, and equipment are also provided for your use. Tea, coffee, and biscuits
