Please read these terms and conditions to find out about ordering, payment, delivery, postage and packing, refund and exchange policy, course booking and cancellation and additional information.
To access Miss Maker's Sewing Box Shop click on the Shop link at the top right of the menu, use the add to cart buttons to add items to your shopping cart, when you have chosen all you want use the view cart and proceed to checkout buttons to complete your order and payment.
Payment can be made via your paypal account or with your credit or debit card. The checkout is powered by pay-pal so is completely secure The details you enter at the checkout are secure, only your name and address and the items you have purchased will appear on the order we receive.
Postage and Packaging:
All item prices include postage and packaging 2nd class post with the intention of keeping cost low for cutomers. Should you require your items to be sent by 1st class post please contact us and we will inform you of the delivery charges. Orders over £50.00 will be sent by recorded delivery and over £100.00 by special delivery at no extra cost.
We aim to dispatch your items within 2 business working days on receipt of payment. Items are placed into a tamper and waterproof bag to ensure items arrive in the best possible condition. This site is currently not set up to accept delivery internationally, however should you wish to purchase items or place an order with me please contact me and we will cost the price of p&p accordingly at email@example.com
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you believe your item to be faulty or not as described and we shall endeavour to sort things out to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
Course Booking and Cancellation:
Bookings can be made via e-mail, post or online form, it is recommended that you contact Miss Maker to check availability before sending any payment. Payment and cancellation/date transfers: Full payment for courses should be made by bank transfer, Paypal or cheque at the time of booking. Any cancellation or date transfer request should be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the course date. If notice is received less than 2 weeks before the course date, no refund or transfer will be offered unless the place can be filled.
